03. Exchanging an order

We are happy to help you exchange your items, for any reason.  Items that were shipped correctly based upon the order invoice but need to be exchanged for a different size or color can be done but shipping charges will need to be paid both ways by the customer.  If an item was recieved that is different from what is shown on the invoice please open up a ticket and provide pictures and explination of the difference.  If an error was made on our part we will rectify the matter immediately.

If an item falls within the return period and a customer would like to avoid a restocking fee, the original item can be used as store credit and put toward the purchase of an additional item.
